Sparks Mold has been making silicone and rubber molds since 2000 with two facilities in Dongguan (est. 2000 Nov) and Suzhou (est. 2002 Oct). Today, our Dongguan facility is 1,500㎡ with a team of more than 30 people. And Suzhou facility which is our headquarter today with a 4,500㎡ building , with 6 designers, 12 engineers and over 40 workers on production, in total a team of 70 people. 

Our facilities run on imported CNC machines and EDM equipment. We follow ISO 9001 standards across every stage of production. Our engineers use CAD/CAM/CAE tools for design and testing. 

One of our leaders, Mr. Peng, has a story worth telling. He came to Suzhou as a bus driver. He then worked as a factory driver, delivering molds across town. Every delivery let him learn more about the trade. He asked questions. He watched the process. He moved up step by step. Today, he serves as our Vice President. His journey reflects what Sparks Mold stands for—people who grow with the company.

Over the years, we have worked with some well-known names. We made auto parts for BMW, Tesla, and Ford. We supplied components for Maplan presses. We produced keyboard and earphone parts for Huawei. We also served clients in the WOCO group. These partnerships taught us what international clients need.

We now have Alexis Wang leading our international push. Her focus is clear: smooth communication and better pricing for overseas markets. She works directly with clients in the US and beyond. She makes sure nothing gets lost in translation.

Our production workers run on 2 shifts, 10 hours each. 6 days
